Legends Travel Group is looking for enthusiastic, qualified individuals to join their growing Tahiti Concierge and Reservations teams. Full-time Consultant positions available to work from our office in Punaauia, Tahiti.

Qualified Candidates:

  • Education: A Bachelor Degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Excellent phone & customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in both French and English.
  • Computer literate – MS Office programs, Internet/mobile navigation, quick to grasp new applications.
  • Must possess the ability to perform basic legal analysis and mathematical computation.
  • Must have an ability to learn and work independently.
  • Must approach the job with confidence and attention to detail.
  • Must be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and successfully.
  • Must possess excellent knowledge and passion for the Islands of Tahiti.
  • Must possess excellent knowledge of world geography.

Preference given to candidates with one or more of the following:

  • Successful experience as a Reservations Agent or Travel Concierge in a travel agency, DMC or hotel.
  • Experience in retail sales for luxury goods.
  • GDS proficiency in at least one major platform: i.e. AMADEUS, SABRE, GABRIEL
  • Special consideration provided for multi-lingual candidates, beyond French and English.
